Bought a batch of ten batteries. One out of ten arrived with a voltage of 2.2 volt and won't charge properly. To see if it's the battery or the protection circuit what's giving the problem, I removed the protection circuit and try to charge it. I can say it's the battery itself which is the problem. The other nine batteries are fine and the capacity ranges between 3050 to 3432 mah, which is a pretty wide range tho. The mohm resistance of the batteries range from 103 to 15, so not the best for really high drain, more suitable for moderate drains. Overall for the price I guess it's OK.
